  I need to be completely transparent: do not waste your time with this veterinary hospital. The doctor has a nasty attitude that I will not tolerate. My dogs were only brought there for rabies shots, and apparently she has a problem with the fact that I took them back to South Buffalo, where they have been patients since birth, where their full medical records are kept, and where the doctors actually have couth and decorum when dealing with people and their animals. I do not have patience for anyone’s nasty attitude. I just landed back in Vegas from Thailand and I will be stopping by in person to ask her directly what her problem is. On top of her attitude, she took it upon herself to contact the USDA regarding the health certificate before I even had the opportunity to reach out to them myself. I was already navigating challenges with bringing my dogs back from Thailand. Nobody asked her to make that call. She does not represent me. She made it crystal clear on the phone that since she only administered the rabies shots and did not complete the health certificate itself, I should not even be contacting her. So explain why she is calling on my behalf and discussing my situation with a federal agency. She wants to have that energy over the phone but we already know how that changes face to face. I will be there within the next 24 to 48 hours. Please have that same energy when I arrive. I am also exploring legal options because I believe she violated my privacy by contacting the USDA about my dogs when she did not even complete the health certificates. That is not her place, that was not her call to make, and there will be accountability for it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Espero que alguien que piensa llevar a su mascota en este lugar mire mi comentario antes de llevar a su mascota. lleve a mi perrita por que pensé que estaba estreñida y se veía muy mal y triste la doctora le hizo análisis de sangre rayo equis y me dijeron que tenía Gaces me dieron medicina y me dijeron qué se mejoría en 2 días eso no pasó la lleve a otra clínica y le hicieron análisis de sangre rayos equis y me dieron que tenía infección en la Matriz y que la tenían que operar o si no que era mejor que la Durmieran porque estaba sufriendo mucho le hicieron la operación y en 2 días estaba bien.En esta clínica no les importa los animalitos solo Quieren tu Dinero.

  Dr. Chinn has helped my pets to stay healthy. My Baby has had acupuncture for an injury that helped tremendously. Everyone there are friendly and treats animals like royally.
