  Mother’s Day 10th 2026 listen up people please be aware that you do not want to book this theater for seats in section 5 on the floor. This section is so far removed from the stage that the seats are facing a wall, literally in order to see the stage and the performer. You literally have to crank your neck all the way to the left and sit that way for two hours. The Chelsea and the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas have completely misrepresented in their images this location locations of these seats. We had to sit with our next turn to the left just to see Mr. James Taylor on stage. It was absolutely ridiculous and I personally am filing a complaint with the fraud division of my bank against this place. I want a refund they completely misrepresented the seating charts. I’ve built a case with pictures and video that I took at the actual event, and I will be going to the fraud division of my bank. Be aware of people section 5 of the floor of this theater at the cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. Vegas is a complete rip off. You will face the wall, not the stage.

  Came in for a james taylor show for 8pm. I arrived at around 7pm and things were pretty organized, the staff was energetic, helpful and enthusiastic The show itself was great, with james taylor showing both his extensive song repertoire and humor to work the crowd The venue was solid, however i would like to have had a steeperincline of the seats per row to provide a much clearer view of the performance. I also think the stairs need to be reworked for folks that have a harder time going up or down through them. I saw too many folks have such a tough time going up and down the stairs

  It's a great intimate theater. The sound quality is ok. I will say the 2nd floor 201 section does require you to turn your whole body to get a great view. If you keep your head straight you'll be seeing across the room. It's odd that they didn't angle any seats towards the stage. I've sat on upper levels and typically the seats are angled. Also, the lighting is SUPER BRIGHT. In your eyes to the point I wish I had sunglasses. It was distracting from the show. If I were to see a show here again, I would sit center sections only and I would honestly bring sunglasses.
