- JSJoe SharmerMay 28, 20261.0Bought the day pass on the last day before flying home to sit in the steam sauna. Paid the 100$, got in and the steam saunas was broken. I talked to the kids at the front and they said they were going to get it fixed shortly. I talked to them and they told me to see the concierge to get it comped because it really was the only reason I bought the day pass. Luckily the repair guys showed up 30 minutes later but I had to leave soon. The only problem was that it be looked like the temperature switch wasn’t working because it was so hot no one could stay in the steam saunas for more than 60 seconds. So overall I spent less than an hour in there mainly waiting for the steam sauna. I went to talk to the concierge and he was clueless and said he couldn’t help and to talk to priority folks. So I did that and they called the spa manager who said there was never a problem with the men’s steam sauna. So basically I threw away $100 for some that wasn’t working but more importantly they lied about it being out and basically made me waste my time. So buyer beware. If you’re looking for something specific in the spa, have them verify it’s working before paying.

She really listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. You can truly feel the care and effort she puts into her work. Such a relaxing and wonderful experience at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas spa . Thank you, Helen!
