  I had an amazing experience at Sahara Spa from start to finish! Stephanie at the front desk was wonderful. She checked me in, was extremely welcoming and professional, and made a great first impression. Jasmine, the spa attendant in the women’s locker room, was absolutely amazing as well! She was so attentive and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, even bringing me coffee. It’s those little touches and genuine hospitality that make a spa experience feel extra special. Her service was exceptional! And my massage therapist, Audrey, was a 10/10! My massage was incredible, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Stephanie, Jasmine, and Audrey all provided outstanding service and made my experience memorable. They each deserve recognition! I will definitely be returning to Sahara Spa.

  cool mist is down ,sauna is barely hot ,was advised by the young lady to wear swimming shorts for the massage !?only to not get my thighs and lower back massaged.they showed me to the locker room and I had to figure where everything else was. First and last time here.

  I had a phenomenal deep tissue massage with Bianca!! This spa is beautiful, and I really appreciated the cold wet towels when leaving the steam room. I highly recommend!

  I had high expectations for this spa, especially considering the premium admission price, but unfortunately the experience was more disappointing than relaxing. The facility itself is undeniably beautiful. The architecture, natural stone finishes, calming water features, and overall design create the impression of a world-class luxury spa. It looks incredible and has all the ingredients to be an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, the execution simply didn’t match the setting. During our visit, a majority of the hydrotherapy amenities and wellness features were either unavailable, under maintenance, or closed altogether. Several restroom areas were also closed, and basic necessities like towels were missing throughout portions of our visit. Instead of enjoying a relaxing day, we found ourselves walking from one area to another only to discover another amenity wasn’t operating. What made it especially frustrating was paying full premium price while receiving only a fraction of the experience. If significant portions of the spa are unavailable, guests should either be notified before arrival or offered a reduced admission fee. When you pay luxury prices, you expect a luxury experience—not repeated explanations that something is closed. To their credit, the staff remained courteous and apologetic throughout the day, but constant apologies don’t replace the amenities guests specifically paid to enjoy. At a resort of this caliber, those issues should be resolved before guests walk through the door. The only reason this review earns 3 stars instead of fewer is because of the outstanding hair styling service. Cody was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, personable, and incredibly talented. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, delivered exceptional results, and provided the level of service you’d expect from a true luxury spa. Thank you, Cody, for being the highlight of our visit. Overall, the spa itself is visually stunning, but the experience didn’t justify the premium cost due to the number of unavailable amenities, closed facilities, and missing essentials. I hope management addresses these issues because the foundation is there for a five-star experience—it simply wasn’t delivered during our visit.

  My three girlfriends and I booked a spa day at The Cosmopolitan months in advance, and while the spa itself is beautiful and our massages were relaxing, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication. Our appointments were at 1:00 p.m., and we checked in at approximately 1:01 p.m. The gentleman checking me in immediately said, “You’re a little late,” which felt like an unnecessarily rude way to greet a guest over being about a minute past the appointment time. The biggest disappointment was my best friend’s Red Flower Hammam Experience. Her therapist told her that because she was “late,” they would have to rush through the experience and asked if she still wanted it. Since she was paying a premium for that signature treatment, she understandably declined and received only a massage instead. She later spoke with the manager, who did refund the price difference, and we appreciated that they made that right. However, we were then told we were expected to arrive an hour early to enjoy the amenities and be ready for our treatments at exactly 1:00 p.m. The issue is that this was never communicated. I received a reminder text confirming our appointment, but it never mentioned arriving an hour early or explained that checking in at 1:00 p.m. for a 1:00 p.m. appointment could affect our services. Had we known, we absolutely would have arrived earlier. We also felt like our massage times may have been shortened. My friend and I both booked 80-minute massages, but the timing didn’t seem to match what we had reserved. Overall, the spa is beautiful, and I appreciate that management corrected the billing issue. However, for a luxury spa charging premium prices, clear communication and a more welcoming check-in experience are important. I hope they improve their pre-arrival instructions so future guests receive the full experience they booked.
