  this service center is actually a god send. i have been here twice and have had nothing but a good experience. the technician is very knowledgeable, honest, and tells it like it is. i appreciate him so much! thank you!

  As the manager is an asset to Dyson, he’s great. He explains things he’s cordial. He’s a good listener and he gets you what you need not what he can sell and all the products are especially the used one. It’s about aAs the manager is an asset to Dyson, he’s great. It’s about a second car why buy a new one when you buy used one and a half off I simply wish they would open up a store in North Las Vegas by sky Canyon Vegas drivers are terrible rank number two in the world for worst driving India’s number one anyway they’re very professional and it is fantastic along with Brian on explaining things. My suggestion is buy a used one versus a new one and you’ll save at least 60% and it’s guaranteed.

  My Dyson vacuum started having issues several weeks ago, so I decided to call the customer service center number. After they validated my proof of purchase they proceeded to troubleshoot the vacuum and determined that I may have a bad motor. They set me up for a drop off to the local Dyson Service Center in Las Vegas. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service representative and he quickly signed me in and took my vacuum to the back to take a look at it. Roughly 5 - 10 minutes later he returned and advised me of the issues and that they'd have it repaired within 2 - 3 business days at no additional cost as it was still under warranty. The representative was transparent with process and was kind. 2 days later I was notified through text message that my vacuum was ready for pickup. Dyson and their team are committed to providing exceptional service and they absolutely stand behind their products and that's why I will continue to usethem and will recommend them to my friends/family. I'd like to thank them for making me feel like a valued customer. Great job, Dyson Service Center!

  Espectacular atención, rápida, amable y dedicada. Mi problema no tenía solución, la garantía se hizo cargo y me cambiaron el aparato sin costo. Me dieron una sugerencia adicional para filtros y como no se consiguen rápido , hasta comentaron alternativas para salir del paso. Quería comprar también otra pieza que no tenían y nuevamente me dieron todo lo necesario para comprar online. No tenían todo lo que precisaba pero me fui con la sensación de ser bien atendido y tener respaldo de la marca. Así se fideliza...
