  Last week I visited the Las Vegas Dyson Service Center. A piece that was attached along The Fluffy Optic cleaner head for my Dyson 15 separated from the unit. I explained to Fernando that I bought the unit from Costco in July of 2025. I asked him if the piece could be repaired. He went in the back spoke to another person there and returned with a new Fluffy Optic cleaner head. They honored the warranty agreement. i Fernando was professional and understood my concern. While I was there he also answered questions I had on other products they had in the center. Being able to bring my device to a service center with the customer service staff there on that day was a positive experience for me. Thank you, Fernando and Dyson for your assistance and service.

  The employees here always have there act together. There always pleasant and very efficient. They work quick and the customer service is great. I'll keep coming back as long as I have a dyson that needs fixing.

  Went here today in hopes I could get my Dyson repaired that I recently purchased at auction. Was met with three absolute most wonderful customer service from Fernando. From beginning to end he was incredibly kind, helpful, & operated with speed & efficiency. He was happy to replace my broken unit with a new one & I could not have been more pleased with this experience. Thank you for being spectacular, Fernando! God bless you 🥰💞
