  We had an outstanding experience with Leah at Cricket! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what was needed. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish—she was patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way Leah does. She made the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Cricket, I highly recommend asking for Leah. She truly provides five-star service and is a huge asset to the team!

  Terrible customer service. I showed up at 7:50 PM for a quick transaction that would have taken 1-2 minutes. Even though it was before their official closing time and the neon 'OPEN' sign was literally still on in the window, the staff refused to help me and said they were closed. If you are going to stop serving customers before 8:00 PM, you should update your business hours and turn off your sign. Extremely unhelpful and a waste of a trip.
