- MKMichael KaluzniakJun 27, 20261.0Avoid this location unless you’re just buying something. The girls here have no clue what they’re doing when it comes to adding or removing services. I was trying to add a new phone to existing service and combine two accounts into one. Mind you they created two separate accounts previously that they shouldn’t have. I was sent back home to get a phone belonging to the account so they could send a one time code. So after an hour of frustration I returned with the phone, however now they were explaining that the new phone I purchased, the sim was locked to another service and I would need to return the phone. I had enough of the incompetence and went up the street to a different Cricket location. The manager there had the new phone and account issues resolved in under 10 minutes. He didn’t need the phone I was told to go home and get and the sim issue was not an issue for him.
