A gentleman named "Jose" was incredibly helpful. He calmed me down, clearly explained their services and my options, and got me exactly what I needed. Jose is a saint and an asset to the Cricket Wireless organization. Whatever his salary is, it isn't enough. Thank you again Jose!!
