  This location isn't my main store, but I'm glad I stopped in today. Kim and Edgar have a great work relationship that makes it easy to understand the cricket prices and phones. They are so helpful and teach you all the things the device can do. I will be coming back for them and bring family and friends to them.

  07/02/2025 I went there to ask questions about my cell phone the mgr Kim ! Worst customer service skills she is very very Rude after exchanging s few words with her her attitude was getting nastier and nastier to the point of she refuse to help me with my questions, she told she wasn't going to help me ! I be honest I was do upset by her attitude that I cuz her out ! People like her doesn't deserve that position ! When they want to sell you a phone there so nice and answer all of your questions, this Person " Is so arrogant and stupid to have that position! This it's the store at des sert Inn and Eastern ! Looking at the reviews left by other customers I see there's other reviews about this Woman ! Kim complaining about her and commenting about being fired but obviously nothing has been done she still there treating customers like trash when we are paying for her salary Worst customer service skills Ever ! Don't understand why she still there as a Mgr , I will never go there again and I will tell all of my friends and family not to go to that store, it happened to my husband also ! Cricket should do something about it ! How can such a big company ignore this problem .

  The employee was very rude and short with his answers. Ended up walking out without upgrading my phone.

  Very efficient and knew their way through the phones! I just had one I turned in after 4 yrs and there was still things I never figured out how to do on it!!
