Over the course of a week, we had to replace my wife's phone then, my phone. Both Flor and Roland went out of their way to provide service I thought had vanished. They took their time, assisted us with our concerns and found the best phone(s) to fit our needs. My wife even visited a few times after the sale for help with her phone. Flor and Roland straightened out her concerns every time with care and professionalism. No hard sell. No attitude issues toward older people. They answered our questions with clarity, honesty and a friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, I am never going to return to Las Vegas. I wish I could find another Cricket store as wonderful as this location. But, if you are in Las Vegas and you need help with your phone, Flor and Roland will help and go the extra mile to meet or exceed your needs...!
