  First of all they don't even deserve a one star customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Went in today to get information transferred from my old phone to a new phone. The number was transferred, information was not transferred, they told me I can do it at home. I was not able to do it at home so I took phones back in they told me I needed the password I told him I didn't remember the password cuz it's an old phone, I said you guys didn't tell me this when I had the number transferred. They kept going back and forth with me telling me we did, I told them no you didn't or I would not have been in here today. The fact that you kept trying to go back and forth with me was crazy, then I asked for your managers name you didn't want to give me your name one said his name was Estralia ( however you spell it) not sure if that was the correct name cuz he wasn't being clear. We'll never go back to that story again 😤😡

  This Cricket location was blowing it up today for customer appreciation day it was off the hinges insane ...food ,drinks, snacks and good service they did it UP !!! and then to top it off with overkill This crew had the audacity to Hand out premium blutooth devices Speakers and Ghost X99 Stereo Headphones sets your choice Big props and thanks too for the service Estrella ...Santiago and the regional manager who threw down on the grill while welcoming the customers in.
