  Been here multiple times as the Cosmo is our go-to when we come to Vegas. Each time we have rented a daybed and service has been great, food is good, and nice alcohol selection. They also have a great water station setup with ice that is constantly restocked to continually fill your Stanley, etc. Amazing views, clean pool, and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They should limit to 21+ only and not allow the massage people constantly asking to sell you one, but overall, always a good time.

  Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience we had at the pool during our stay. This hotel has always been one of our favorite places to stay, which is why this situation was especially upsetting for us. While we were at the pool, the woman responsible for supervising the pool was repeatedly watching us and reporting things to her manager, even though we were simply playing and enjoying the pool. We were not running or behaving in a way that was unsafe or disruptive. From the beginning, her attitude toward us was rude and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. More concerning, we felt that we were being treated differently because of our race. The way she interacted with us and continually reported minor things made us feel singled out and discriminated against. We understand that pool staff have rules they are responsible for enforcing, and we respect that. However, rules should be applied fairly and guests should be treated with courtesy and respect. It is very disappointing to have experienced this at a hotel that we have always considered a favorite. We hope that management will take this concern seriously, look into what happened, and address the situation appropriately so that other guests do not have a similar experience. We would appreciate a response from management regarding this incident. Thank you for taking the time to listen to our concerns.

  Always one of our favorite las Vegas days! Pool day. Can not beat the view and the service. The food is surprisingly delicious for poolside offerings. Highly recommend. Awesome drinks

  Went to watch talledega nights yesterday and the audio cut off mid way. Never came back on and they didn’t offer us refunds. What a waste. The food was also mid and on the high end price wise. Whoever managing the movie pool nights 👀👀👀 do better.
