I explained to her that I do not have the account or card on hand due to my spouse working on the road and is not home months at the time. I explained to her that when I come in monthly to pay the card I am able to do so by providing other information. She told me she doesn’t want to get terminated by her job. I understand that. What is frustrating is that I come in monthly to pay this card and if this is a standard then everyone needs to be held accountable because if not it just gives the idea I can come in and pay the card off. Unfortunately we were unable to do payments online so that’s why I always come in person to pay.

I understand there's policies but I returned it as soon as I possibly could. Won't return to this location, bad customer service.
