  Coming to this store not being from the state looking for a laptop suitable for my husband and I, we had the help of Aidain, he did get taken away and left us in the good hands of Yazen where he also proceeded to also have the patience to help us go over some features answering all of our questions I just want to say thank you. These young Gentlemen and their professionalism were recognized spoke highly of this Store.

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to one of the employees named Yazen. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, approachable, and clearly focused on helping every customer that he could. I noticed how he tried to balance multiple people at once, making sure no one felt ignored while still giving each person the time they needed. Yazen was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood my options rather than just trying to make a sale. It was clear that he was putting in real effort to provide the best service possible. Because of his help, my overall experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Employees like this make a big difference, and it definitely stood out. I’d gladly return knowing I’ll receive that level of customer service again.

  The customer service clerk today was off-putting. The one with an eyebrow piercing. Not a single smile or greeting nor have a good day at the end of our transaction. Before I could even finish my sentence, she cuts me off to say that she doesn't know anything about cameras. That I should go stand over there and she'll call someone. Someone never came after 15min of standing there. Not a single sales associate even acknowledged me after making direct eye contact with me. I stood there and nothing. I went back to that rude customer service associate to return my item and she didn't bother to ask if my issue was resolved. Gave me a receipt and my item and turned away. The security guard was more courteous than the sales associates. Last time I'll be going to this best buy. Companies like this should look into conducting development courses on customer service and sales training.
