  Save yourself the frustration and just buy your stuff online. The staff here seems far more concerned with chatting among themselves than helping customers. Unfortunately, the manager is the biggest offender. Customer service clearly isn't a priority.

  I came in excited and well-researched, ready to purchase the iPhone Air 1TB in black. I specifically told the associate at the start that I had been looking at this model online and in-store for a while and knew exactly what I wanted. Instead of helping facilitate the purchase, he spent the interaction talking me out of it—listing negatives about the phone, saying he personally returned his for a Pro model, and implying I should get a Pro instead. He even mentioned new phones coming soon and that they were clearing these out, which is not accurate. When I expressed that it sounded like he didn't want to sell it to me, he backpedaled, but the damage was done. I walked out without buying. Extremely rude and unprofessional way to treat a motivated customer who was ready to make a significant purchase. Apple usually provides great service—this was the opposite.

  I was told to wait 35 minutes, but once 40 minutes had passed, I was told that I had only been waiting about 25 minutes. And every 10 minutes after, I kept being told “we’ll be able to help in just a few minutes”. I eventually had to leave after 1 hour and 20 minutes without getting any help. Why not at least give a realistic wait time from the beginning, so that I could have decided to comeback another time??? Incredibly frustrating customer experience.

  This is worth the most amazing Apple Store that I’ve been in. I’ve been in one in fashion show mall but this one out performers doing in fashion show mall. All the employees are very helpful. I’ve always ordered my items online I’ve had to go over and pick up probably about three or four items just as past year for taking online classes. And it’s always been a five star experience I just went over today and picked up my Apple TV 4K device and about a week ago I went over to pick up a new Apple air pad. I also picked up a Apple Neo which I love because I was able to convert it to a desktop. So amazing story. If you’re on the hook about Apple or the products you should take a bite out of apple I guarantee you gonna love it!
