  I been in the store multiple times and they haven’t fix my issues my cell is under warranty and they won’t take it I think this is a scamm

  Apple store makes it hard when it comes to exchange. Of phone they will run you loops to see if you give up . My cell had issues and they act stupid and send you to the carrier I been in the same store 4 times Unacceptable service

  They suck they make you wait forever and always try the same steps My cell doesn’t have good connection I been here 3 weeks in a row I’m going with Samsung

  6 hour wait for a cracked screen and the guy helping me wanted to hard reset my phone for no reason. Drove to iPhone wizard had my new screen in 30 min. Well worth $125. Even though I’m covered by apple care. Definitely don’t recommend Apple Store at any location for locals!

  Horrible experience from hell. I phone wouldn't hold a charge. We have Apple care and made an appointment on line to replace a battery. When we got to the store and waited 45 minutes past our appointment time we were told they didn't have the correct battery and sent us to Town Square where we were told we would be waited on immediately. Unfortunately we had to pay for parking out front and waited another 45 minutes before someone waited on us. Then we were told it would be 2 hours before the phone would be ready. So 2 hours later it wasn't ready and we waited another hour, were charged $97.00 and the phone was dead before we got home. It doesn't hold a charge and wont stay on. The store refused to refund the 97.00 and said it's their store policy. All I can say is it was an experience from HELL.
