- TTTonyGTVApr 22, 20261.0DISCLAIMER; DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! As a loyal Apple consumer I’m heartbroken to report the worst retail transaction I’ve ever experienced in my entire life on 4/21/2026. I purchased a ‘returned’ MacBook Neo for $650, however as I was checking out I started talking specs/tech talk with my Apple sales associate. Suddenly he turned ‘negative and or aggressive ’ towards me by saying “well you obviously know more than me.” As well as attempting to publicly humiliate me (despite his weak efforts failing.) For public record I was not provided his name however he was caucasian & obese. If I’m not mistaken the store manager was an Asian American female named Katrina, she was having a power trip & made me feel like I was the problem defending her arrogant employees behavior. I was nothing but nice to the security team & Apple employees, only to be treated with disrespect.
