  Like most of Apple stores they are there to sell, not to help you when comes to repair or fix your phone. When comes to it they are useless.

  I bough an Iphone through the WebSite from the store and configured someone to Retrieve it for me. After 1 Day the oreder was still on process. During the morning I opened a chat with apple support and they ensured me that the product would be delivered. At the store they told the Designated person that the system wasn't releasing the product. After a second contact with support They told me that my Friend was indeed designated to pick-it up and was correctly on the system and it was only waiting for the "store to mark it as ready to deliver". After going again to the store and presenting the full chat (With apple support) they just told us that they couldn't do anything.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I received an email from Apple telling me my order would be ready for pickup at 6:30 PM. I arrived at 6:00 PM, expecting a quick and straightforward pickup. Instead, I waited for more than an hour, and somehow no one could even tell me where my order was or what was happening with it. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the sales staff. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to buy Apple products rather than treating me like a paying customer. This was genuinely one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible communication, terrible service, and a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. Experiences like this remind me exactly why I use Samsung. If this is what Apple considers customer service, they have a lot to improve.

  The Worst customer service I have ever received in my life, today I had to go to this store to try to help me unlock my phone and the 2 people who attended me terribly by the way, they could not solve my problem because obviously they were not trained and they still left me alone like stupid with the computer so that I could do their job, without a doubt they should train their workers better.... I never plan to go back.
