- DDDerekJun 10, 20261.0I am writing this to warn other customers about the predatory service practices at this location. I brought my iPad in for a screen repair covered under AppleCare+ and my initial in-store evaluation resulted in a signed agreement for a $0 repair cost. After leaving my device, I was told I had 'verbally agreed' to a $99 charge over the phone—a claim that is completely false and contradicts my original service documentation. When I returned to the store to resolve this, the store leader, Mohammed, refused to provide the internal repair logs or documentation of this supposed agreement. Even worse, after receiving an email from the store asking me to come pick up my device, I arrived at the store only to be refused my own property unless I paid the disputed $99 fee. My experience escalated to corporate support and a BBB filing, and yet this location continues to withhold my personal property as leverage for a fee that was never authorized. I strongly advise anyone seeking repairs here to document every single interaction and keep physical copies of all paperwork, as the management here does not honor their own service agreements
