I went to get my phone’s battery repaired at the Apple Store in Summerlin, Las Vegas Nevada on July 12. I was told after 3 hours of waiting they could not complete my repair without damaging my screen & they would have to order the needed display without additional cost for me. They advised it would take a few days and they would contact me.
I haven’t heard anything so I called Apple and was advised they don’t even show a record of me going to the Genius Bar at all, so not only was it a waste of time initially, my issue is still ongoing and I have no update on anything associated with getting my phone fixed and the store doesn’t have a direct number.

We were there for 3.5 hours.😠 The first hour and a half the young man that helped us admitted he couldn't fix the problem, called the Forums location and we were to go there. BUT WAIT! The manager was like 'No we will get our best man on this, you shouldn't have to go there.'
Ok best man show us what you got...another two hours and guess what? Best man wasn't bestin and where did we end up??...At the Forums location 🤔
Everyone was super nice! I came in to upgrade a 3rd gen iPad of mine that wasn't charging. I had some concerns about backup and payment plans and they helped me out! I was initially with a different associate but as we were waiting for my iPad to back up they got super swamped. Both employees were super kind and helpful! Dylan was super amazing and even helped me call about my new apple card when my payment declined. They went above and beyond and I would definitely come back to see them for help or a new product!!

Came in two different days totaling ~ 4 hours and no resolution.
I had 3 different service employees passing me around and none were able to sell me an Ultra 3 watch.
I had $1000 in apple gift cards in my wallet that no one can access.
Friendly staff & tech support, however training is sub par in my opinion. Came home and did it through phone tech support, arriving by mail.
Worst experience I have ever had at an Apple store. They honestly treat you like a number here rather than a human being. Andrew is the manager who treated me in this absolutely disgusting way. Manager Andrew was very, very hostile towards me. He didn’t help me with my order issues at all. I was forced to leave without anything being solved. He didn’t seem to care about anything, told me to come back another day and refused service for no reason.
So here is the backstory.
I had purchased an iPhone 17 pro max on June 16th. As well as Airpods Pro 3 on the 15th. A day or so passes by, I check my credit card statements. I realize the Apple care+ was charged through the wrong payment method/credit card. I actually needed it to be charged through the actual Apple credit card instead. So I call the Summerlin store and speak to someone explain what happened & I ask, “So, do I need to make an appointment for this?”, they said no just walk in and we can help you, ok no problem. I usually do & would’ve just made an appointment if I knew they were going to be so weird about simply helping me out. But the person on the phone I spoke with from the store said that I didn’t need an appointment. I could just walk in and someone would help. It’s all recorded & I called in on Thursday, June 18th. They didn’t say anything about any possible wait times.
So on Saturday June 20th I visit this Apple store. I ask for help from two individuals standing by entrance. One is a female with glasses, other is the manager Andrew. Immediately I’m met with hostility & attitude from one of the employees. I ask for some help from one employee. She then says to me oh there’s four people ahead of you. I say, so there’s no one who can help me at this moment? Granted, as I look around there is a lot of employees just walking/standing around? Meanwhile the manager Andrew is standing right next to this employee. Andrew then steps toward me, then starts being very hostile towards me. I ask “Why is there a long wait time when there are plenty of employees that are walking around, seeming like they aren’t doing anything”. He didn’t answer my question at that point. Instead started to get even more hostile with me. I am simply asking these questions as to why I am having to wait so long. This is when he started telling me to go to the door escorting me out of the store with security present. Which honestly wasn’t necessary at all. I wasn’t a threat to anyone. I was just trying to get the help I simply deserve, ESPECIALLY being a PAYING customer. I was simply asking questions, & I believe this has violated my consumer rights protections when Andrew kicked me out for no reason. As I did actually have a legitimate reason of business to even be there. But Andrew the manager disregarded that, refused service then kicked me out for no good reason. To just kick anyone out without valid reason is a violation of their rights to do business. The unprofessionalism shows here.
I really hope you read this & it was worth it to kick a paying customer out of your store Andrew. Apple support/Customer relations has been contacted due to this situation. I will never do business with this location again, they treat their paying customers in a horrible manner.
