    Whew when i tell you i went to 3 different apple store's in 3 different days and was getting the bucket kicked down the road with no help at all. Soon as i stepped in Clayton helped me out and gave me some relief and then Maranda came through with the slam dunk and helped me all the way out. will be only coming to this apple store from now on. thank you so much

    I went in to this store and was treated like a problem. No one ever asked if needed help. When I asked if they can help me she was extremely rude like I was interrupting her day. God forbid I ask a question about my apple device and get help at an Apple Store! She said she can erase my phone and that’s the only way she can help me. I’m sorry, isn’t Apple an intelligent company?!? They haven’t invented a better way for me to get a new password in 2026?! Since my account was blocked and Apple said it would take 6 days to maybe recover. I will never buy an Apple product again! Worst support and customer service ever!!

    This was my first experience dealing with an Apple Store, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service of the staff. My neice (who recently lost her mother) had shattered the back of her phone. We took it in and were greeted immediately by staff. Our rep (Josh) took our phone and set us up for pickup in a couple hours. When coming back, we were told that in the process of fixing the shattered back plate, the phone buttons had broken. She needed a new phone. They swapped out the phone with no cost due to our warranty. When trying to convert the photos and information from her old phone to her new phone, there were problems. My niece broke down crying due to the fact that her old phone had pictures and messages from her mother in there that would be lost. JB was a great loving person who moved in and was trying to do all she could to get the pics. Jacabis was another HUGE help. They were closing in a couple of hours, and he exhausted every option to try to get her mother's photos transferred and not lost. Even the security guard Miss Robin was a sweetheart in hugging my niece and showing love. Needless to say, with 4 minutes before closing, Jacabis and JB were able to retrieve the lost pics and do a thorough transfer. I am so thankful for their patience and compassion for our situation. I'm grateful for them saving some memories that we could never get back. Thank you, JB, Jacabis, and Miss Robin, for your help in this matter. We are forever grateful!

    I had a 1:15 appointment for a screen repair and it is now 2:00 with no update. I’ve been waiting without any communication on timing or status. A simple acknowledgment or update would have made a big difference in the experience. However, Apple fixed my phone to Apple standards and the gentleman who helped was very friendly making this a much better option than a third-party phone repair store.

    Ran into the FaceID StolenDeviceProtection (SDP) enabled "catch-22" issue which only can be fixed via factory reset as I figured out after having visited the Apple Genie Bar at this very Summerlin Apple store and did DIY research at home afterwards. When in the store I dealt with 3 Apple associates : 1st had an attitude and appeared to be rather in the Gym, 2nd was technically challenged, and the 3rd wasn’t transparent with me at all, pretended to be trying to fix the issue and eventually blamed the issue on me. My rating is not only about my in-store experience but also about this Apple engineered FaceID "catch-22" which certainly could have been been avoided with a smarter design.
