  Amazing 5 out of 5 stars Maria and Mia helped us get a new Apple Watch and save time. They showed us how to pair the watch and got us a discount on things. Amazing and very helpful!

  Need an appointment for literally everything. Than they are running 15-25min late. Also if youre getting the older Model they won’t help with anything.

  Where is Ali or Rachel? Absolute worst service ever—and the Genius Bar isn’t so genius. Long story short, I went in for an AirPod replacement. The guy told me I only needed to wait 30 minutes, so I waited. It still didn’t work. I then asked him to send it into the Genius Bar. He said no. I asked if he could leave it with the Genius Bar while I walked around, because it had almost been an hour. He said no—I needed to stay with the AirPod. An hour and a half later, nothing was resolved. He told me to go home. I told him I didn’t want to come back because it was too far and gas is expensive. He insisted it would work—it just needed time to pair. I explicitly explained that I didn’t want to come back. He seemed very young and unaware, and didn’t want to ask for help. Also, I wasn’t happy with the runaround. The store kept redirecting me to different locations. They told me I could return it anywhere else, but when I went to Fashion Show, they sent me back to downtown Summerlin—two completely different places—and the service was even worse. I looked for Ali or Rachel, but they weren’t in the store to help. It felt like the problem went on deaf ears, and I’m sure it was mishandled from the start.
