I debated whether to write this review, but I can't seem to shake the experience I had here.
About two weeks ago, my phone screen broke, so I came in for a repair. I was told it would take about two hours, which I waited for. When they returned, the employee told me my phone had water damage and that I would need a replacement.
I asked if my photos and data would transfer to the new phone, and she immediately told me, "No, everything is gone." My heart sank. My grandmother had recently passed away, and those photos were some of the last memories I had of her. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to explain my options, I was simply told that if it wasn't backed up, there was nothing that could be done.
What upset me even more was that my old phone was erased without anyone showing me or clearly explaining what had happened. When I asked to see the phone and confirm it had been erased, I was met with attitude and dismissive responses. I kept asking whether it had actually been wiped, but I never received a clear answer. I also felt like I was getting dirty looks simply for asking questions about my own device.
To make matters worse, I went home with a replacement phone that wasn't even connected to my carrier. It took me another two hours on my own just to get the phone working.
Overall, this was a terrible customer service experience. Losing years of memories is devastating enough, but the lack of compassion, poor communication, and dismissive attitude made an already painful situation much worse. I hope this location improves how it treats customers, especially when they're dealing with something as important as irreplaceable memories.

The sales team here is extremely disappointing. We waited for 15 minutes and even approached two different sales representatives, but neither of them bothered to assist us. Meanwhile, they were happily attending to other customers—especially locals who had arrived after us. We felt ignored and unfairly treated. It came across as discriminatory and left us with a very negative experience.
Extremely disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Fashion Show Mall. I was first quoted $379 for a screen repair, then after waiting over an hour with no update, a different employee suddenly told me the repair would cost $699—without a clear explanation.
I declined the repair and took my phone to a professional iPhone repair shop, where the issue was fixed by simply replacing the screen for $149. Nothing else was wrong with the phone.
This experience left me seriously questioning the accuracy and transparency of Apple’s diagnosis. When a repair quote jumps from $379 to $699, customers deserve clear answers—not confusion.
If I could, I would give this store -5 stars for the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the complete loss of my trust.

Came in at 11.15am to get an iwatch that is under apple care looked at as it had gone blank. Were told it would be 1hr 45 mins to see a tech. We.booked the appointment and came.back 90 mins later. We were then told it would be another 45 mins. At 13.15 we checked to see how things were going, we were then told another 45 minutes. Apple don't care if you have a problem even if you pay for that service coverage. They only care about selling you more tech, a new phone, tablet or watch then getting you to part with more money for apple care for those products.
The staff here are plentiful so why the long waits and lack of commitment to appointments that they set!
Buy Samsung, you don't get the product issues or the second rate support level. Now being told we were told 2.5 hours was the wait time when we came in at 11.15am which they did not. Liars to boot!
