    Terrible experience, if you have Apple Care +, don't bother coming here for service. They will try to charge you for a battery when its supposed to be FREE if your battery is at below 80%. The lady not only was rude, but says its absolutely NOT free and she doesnt know "where i got free from" (UHM STRAIGHT FROM THE APPLE SUPPORT APP & DOCUMENTS, lady) and also said they will have to charge me $100+ for repair if the back screen breaks while they're replacing it. WHAT?!?!? You're charging me if YOU BREAK my phone during YOUR SERVICE that is supposed to be free, but charging me for? Canceled the hell out of my appointment and went to the apple store instead to get my FREE replacement.

    The Geek Squad at Best Buy Home Service today was outstanding! Anthony came to my home after the store set the date, he called first and arrived in perfect time..he set up my Samsung smart TV coordinating the screen to my phone and laptop. HE IS A TOP IT PROFESSIONAL! Also the set up for this appt in store two days ago was smooth and professional. Thankyou Geek Squad!

    Came in with the blue screen of death, came out with a completely fixed computer. Before we were about to send the computer in for a full service, geek squad member James decided to check one more issue. He saw the graphics card wasn't completely in place, and that's why the spare hard drive wasn't reading. Instead of potentially having a motherboard issue, our copy of Windows 10 on the SSD was corrupt. We didn't have to pay anything for this problem to be solved. He saved us a lot of money, and we would've tipped him if we could.
