  The sales girl was very rude I told her I was having a problem with my phone and maybe a virus and she would not look at my phone and said that it was a manufacturer problem and their was nothing they could and I said you haven't checked my phone and she said she didn't have to and tells me she doesn't know what she is doing because I have always been helped before by other sales people and have never been treated like that bad for business

  Terrible experience. Tried to return a defective phone within the 7-day policy window and was refused by a rude employee who wouldn’t even try to get a manager on the phone. If my return window expires because of this, that’s on the store, not me. Avoid this location.

  Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I came in during my 7-day return period because my phone has a digital defect, and instead of following store policy, the employee was condescending and flat out refused the return. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available — with no attempt to call one or offer a solution. Staff like this shouldn’t be representing a company that deals directly with customers. Two stars because I’ve had okay experiences here before, but this visit was unacceptable

  Extremely disappointed with this Cricket Wireless location. I returned within my 7-day window to exchange a phone with a digital screen issue, and the employee refused to process it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager wasn’t available and given no other options — despite my return window expiring the next day. This isn’t how a return policy should be enforced. I’d avoid this store until they retrain staff on basic customer service and return procedures.
