  Terrible experience. Tried to return a defective phone within the 7-day policy window and was refused by a rude employee who wouldn’t even try to get a manager on the phone. If my return window expires because of this, that’s on the store, not me. Avoid this location.

  Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I came in during my 7-day return period because my phone has a digital defect, and instead of following store policy, the employee was condescending and flat out refused the return. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available — with no attempt to call one or offer a solution. Staff like this shouldn’t be representing a company that deals directly with customers. Two stars because I’ve had okay experiences here before, but this visit was unacceptable

  Extremely disappointed with this Cricket Wireless location. I returned within my 7-day window to exchange a phone with a digital screen issue, and the employee refused to process it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager wasn’t available and given no other options — despite my return window expiring the next day. This isn’t how a return policy should be enforced. I’d avoid this store until they retrain staff on basic customer service and return procedures.

  I mistakingly moved one acct from t mobile to cricket so that I would save. It went from 110 to 160 a month. I went back twice and called the service line. I ended up spending more than savings. So, I got my transfer pin today so that Saturday I can go back to T-Mobile an know how much my payment is every month and not be told one amount and end up been more. Horrid experience.

  I highly recommend this branch for any cell phone service you need. The customer service was exceptional, and I'm very grateful to Javier he a good job ty!
