  The tech expert was amazing!!! HE HELP ME FIGURE OUT THE DIFFERENCE FROM QLED & OLED. HE knew ALL THE TECHY STUFF ABOUT THE TV & MADE ME UNDERSTAND WHICH ONE WAS BEST FOR MY HOME. HE TOOK THE TIME WITH ME & EVEN WAS PATIENT WHILE I WAS RECEIVING PHONE CALLS. HE REALLY WAS GREAT. I NEED SURROUND SOUND & I ONLY WILL COME IN IF HE IS THERE. HE DIDNT MAKE ME FEEL STUPID HE EXPLAINED WHY THE “normal” UHD tvs were so cheap & why the mini QLED would be best for my living room. He also offered payment plans. He went over & above to help me get what I needed. He also helped me with putting it in my truck & explained why I need to keep it up right. Very knowledge tech. Only thing is I forgot his name shoot.

  Eric the manager that was in today is hands down fabulous. We needed to exchange a microwave and he went above and beyond. He was so helpful In looking up options for us, showing us around and even took the time to help us look at refrigerators knowing we weren't buying one today. This man deserves a raise.

  They are so happy to see you when you walk in the door. Then you pass a group of Geek Squad guys laughing it up and there's no one else in the store. I walked out and bought a TV at Walmart. They were much more attentive!

  I picked up a 75" TV today, May 3, 2026, around 4:45 PM. The employee who wheeled it out was very rude and showed no customer service. We were still trying to figure out how it would fit in our van, and he said, “What do you plan to do now?” He also warned us that if we put the TV upright in the car, it couldn’t be returned—even though we had just purchased it. He was very rude and left us on the sidewalk without offering any help. He even smirked and said "good luck" as if he's making fun of us!!

  This best buy branch is clearly having inventory issues. I bought a coffee machine and a tv last saturday, and scheduled it to have the small item delivered same day, and the TV later during the week. The first small box never got delivered, and their online portal never updated with relevant information.. After three different calls to different people in a call center, nobody could help me out, so I drove there. As it turns out, they "couldn't find the item" and they didn't notify me during the whole week, but they said MAYBE it could be delivered 7 days later. As for the TV, they asked me to confirm I was going to be there on the weekend for a delivery, and once I confirmed, they rescheduled without any warning. I called their callcenter AGAIN, and they said they cant find the TV in their stock. So maybe it will be delivered the week after? Who knows what's happening in that store? Editing review to say the TV came and not all of the contents were in the box. Terrible experience.
