  I had a bad experience at this location a few weeks ago I went in to port over my four lines to Cricket and this wonderful young lady named Magda was very helpful and was showing me the phones and telling the prices. When this rude short lady interrupted us and started to talk over Magda and she kept trying to get me to go with her, I mentioned to her a couple times I wanted Magda to help me but she said “no let me help you” gave me a awful over expensive price so I just left. I really hope you never lose Magda as an employee she’s wonderful.

  Came in looking to compare company's. Found out they are way more secure than thier competition. The refer a friend program seemed too good to be true, I can't wait to save my friends money during these hard times. Kathryn was a hoot to talk to, she will save you money if you let her.

  I had such a great experience getting my phone here! Kathryn was very friendly. It was a bit busy, and she made me feel welcome and was very helpful when I had asked I am sure very basic questions. She even had me try a couple of times to make sure I felt confident! She helped me pick out some accessories that had I picked on my own would have not worked! Will come back to this store again!

  The manger there is lazy and very rude. She would not give me my account number. When that’s her job. NEED TO CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT!!
