  I miss the corporate owned stores that had trained employees. These two stores in Santa Fe are terrible. I went in because my phone was not giving me notifications when I had a voicemail and the manager could not fix the issue, which was fine, but he lied to me and told me that he would submit a help ticket to have a tech call me to fix my phone. I never received a call and had to find a way to fix my phone on my own. The other person working there did not know how to do basic things for the other customers in the store at the time and I had to wait for an entire hour while she googled ways to fix my phone. While I was there, a very loud and irate customer came in and was yelling at the manager in Spanish. It was very rude and unprofessional to have this customer making everyone else feel unsafe and the manager should have told him to either calm down or leave. This place needs to train its workers better, because the other location in Santa Fe is just as bad. Every time I go into one of the two stores, I leave feeling like my issues were not resolved and that my devices weren't set up properly.
