  The team was great :). Laura was very helpful with all my questions and very welcoming. I rate this store a 10 out of 10. Wil definitely come her again :)

  I came in on 7/24/26 and was greeted by Laura who helped me look for a phone case and helped me obtain WiFi for my home. It was a long process as I had entered my key information incorrectly and she had to place a couple of calls to the AT&T /Credit Department. She also had the support of her supervisor who was a great help along the way . I was always Laura’s priority, as well as to others who walked in the door and she was so polite to them as well. I was happy when we got word of the approval.. Thank you Laura for being sweet, awesome and extremely patient. Also, I love my Cricket phone plan and would highly recommend as I’ve never had issues and love the extremely reasonable monthly payment . Stop by the Cricket store off St Michael’s drive in Santa Fe. I highly recommend them and I will tell all my friends the awesome service I have received.

  Ok I brought my senior citizen friend here and he was so rude. I was told over the phone 1 thing and a whole nother story in the store. And when you get to the store she had to pay for the phone. I was told over the phone it was free. And I was told the $25 monthly was included. None was true! And he got rude with me. Well, now her phone has bugs in it and she can't even use it at all. She's paying $60 a month and it's a POS! And this company are liars!!!! The phone is even listed online as being free! That's total BS!!!!!!!

  I want to share my experience because I got the best customer service yesterday 3/10/2026. We went in about 6:30 p. - desperate because my Moto G phone stopped working. After being on the phone with cricket customer service for over an hour and trying to fix the problem with several codes to no avail, this guy was able to fix my problem fairly quickly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get his name. Anyhow, great experience. Give him a raise.
