- AGApril GreeneMay 6, 20261.0Ok I brought my senior citizen friend here and he was so rude. I was told over the phone 1 thing and a whole nother story in the store. And when you get to the store she had to pay for the phone. I was told over the phone it was free. And I was told the $25 monthly was included. None was true! And he got rude with me. Well, now her phone has bugs in it and she can't even use it at all. She's paying $60 a month and it's a POS! And this company are liars!!!! The phone is even listed online as being free! That's total BS!!!!!!!

We went in about 6:30 p. - desperate because my Moto G phone stopped working. After being on the phone with cricket customer service for over an hour and trying to fix the problem with several codes to no avail, this guy was able to fix my problem fairly quickly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get his name. Anyhow, great experience. Give him a raise.
