- TMTheresa MartinezAug 6, 20261.0I became unsatisfied when I was double billed! I only pay my bill in the store, in cash, NEVER on line! In store questioning was helpful, I was given numbers to call customer service. After calling both numbers and over 2 hours on hold they wanted to tell me that I did the online transaction, or I allowed someone to use my card, and refused to reinburse my bank account. After asking for a print out summary they also refused. They are very unprofessional professional, lack communication skills, and can't speak fluent English! Just switched due to prices, and so far with issues like this already happening I may be filling fraud charges, and changing companies!!!

Awful customer service and help should definitely look for another worker.
