They have really good return policies. Also, I bought some glasses and got a refund for discount that happened recently. Very nice, didnt feel like I missed out on a sale and still bought them when I wanted them
Stopped by to purchase an apple watch. Stood around for about 10 minutes, there was no one helping in the apple section.Asked an associate for help. He said he would call for someone, stood for another 10 minutes and no one came by.

Went to get the back of my iPhone repair. The ladies at the register were incredibly rude and dismissive. I told her that for my model I only needed the back glass repaired, she insisted that I needed to change everything because “the damaged affected internal components” was quoted a little above 600$. Went to the cell phone repair shop 5 min away. Had my phone repaired with original apple parts for 180$.
Do not do business with this store. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for a dishwasher, which has been bought and paid for. The first deliver that was to happen 2 weeks ago did not occur as the delivery never showed up and I was told "the truck broke down".
Rather than schedule a delivery as soon as possible, I was told I would have to wait another two weeks. Today, the delivery arrived and the store engaged in a "bait and switch". I bought an open box with a minor scratch at the bottom of the dishwasher, and the one delivered had many dents and scratches. I was then called and told they could deliver a brand new dishwasher if I would agree to a 10% discount and a gift card.
The delivery persons took out the old dishwasher, and in the process left my pipes underneath my sink with damage, so when I ran water it leaked under all over the floor.
I now do not have a functioning kitchen, and will certainly be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office.

Absolutely horrible experience this morning. I showed up 2 hours before opening and waited in line like everyone else, thinking it would be first come, first served. That clearly wasn’t the case.
Before the store even opened, multiple people were cutting the line. Everyone waiting called them out, and they claimed they “weren’t buying anything.” The moment the doors opened, those same people rushed in, cut the line, and grabbed Pokémon bundles anyway. Completely dishonest.
What’s worse is that management did nothing. A line cutter was literally pointed out to the manager, and he still allowed her to purchase the product like nothing happened. So what was the point of all of us waiting in line?
By the time I got to checkout, I was told everything was sold out. As I was walking out, I heard an employee say “wait, we have 3 more.” I immediately asked if I could get one since I was NEXT in line, and I was told no because I had “left the line.” That makes zero sense—I was already at checkout and was just turned away.
So I got back in line again, waited AGAIN, only to be told they were sold out. Then I go outside and see more people leaving with bundles. I even went back inside because at that point it was just ridiculous. People who were behind me in line were still getting product I waited 2 hours for.
The whole situation was handled terribly. No control over the line, no fairness, and no accountability from staff or management. One of the employees (short girl working that morning) was especially dismissive and clearly didn’t care.
This was a complete waste of time and one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. Do better.
