  Thank you Garrett! He took the time to patiently help me out with my phone and was very helpful. Great guy, ask for Garrett if you need anything with switching over carriers or phone services questions.

  I personally would give them .5 stars. Our family group switched carriers to cricket, less than a month ago. We have not even made our first monthly payment. Since then I have been on the phone with customer service\ tech support no less than 4 times. If my line sends a pic text it will not send and will not allow me to send any messeges for approximately 24 hours. Cutomer service has had me try the same steps to trouble shoot and fix the issue every time I call. Their current fix is I need a new phone. The fast process is I loose my prescious data, send them my, less than a month old phone, they send me a new one with the possibility I will not have to pay full retail for the new phone. The time it takes is approximately 6 days to accomplish this without a phone. Option 2 I pay them full retail upfront, they send me a new phone. If it shows faulty they will reimburse me the cost of the phone at a later date. I never spoke to anyone other than general customer service. You could tell they were going by a guide and had no real desire to adress the issue. At one point the recommended taking the back off the phone, mind you this phone does not have a removable back. Needless to say I am not happy with my service, new phone, customer service, or the company in general.
