I wish I could give a negative 4 stars, service is crappy and their phones suck, and the store doesn't know how to help customers

Was a minute late clerk would not even let me make a payment. I was trying to make a payment on a friends phone they were in town for a funeral and was in a financial pinch and wanted to help them out by making a payment for them
