Every single time me or my family have gone into the store to make a payment or do anything the manager is always on her phone I don't know if it's her first time working in customers service but it is so unprofessional to be helping people and be on the phone laughing and giggling while trying to help a customer that's why I prefer to only go with Jazmine or Kayla if it wasn't for their great customer service I would have left cricket and gone somewhere else.

Julian and Jasmine assisted me today, and they were absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two truly went above and beyond. They worked great as a team and they made me feel like top priority, and provided so much helpful information throughout the process. Their customer service was top-notch, and they truly deserve a raise and recognition. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience—best customer service ever!!!
