  I just wanted to update the five-star review I left three years ago. If I could give VCA more than five stars, I absolutely would. VCA has helped my dog, Uno, in so many ways. The doctors and staff are consistently kind, professional, compassionate, and truly amazing. They genuinely care about both their patients and their owners, and it shows in every interaction. There’s a lot of TLC here, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they’ve given Uno. Thank you for everything! 🕯️🕊️💗

  We just brought our dog Pebbles here for the first time (we'd been going to a VCA in Santa Fe before moving, so we wanted to stay with VCA). We needed to get her a shot for her arthritis that she gets monthly and let her meet a new vet. We had to wait more than half an hour to be seen despite arriving early. When the vet walked in, she immediately started trying to sell us on new arthritis treatments—before saying hi to our dog, before giving us her name, before even asking how Pebbles is doing on her current treatment plan. The only other information offered during the visit is that we might want to consider a dental cleaning. Oh, and then tried to sell us on the Care Club thing. That was it. Felt more like a sales pitch than a doctor getting to know our dog or pretending to care. We'll be finding a new vet instead of returning.
