I would like to thank the staff at the VCA Emergency Clinic for their kindness and compassion during my dog, Lola’s final moments. Every member of the staff at this location was incredibly caring. You have truly restored my faith in human goodness.

Brought my dog in to get seen for her back legs being paralyzed possibly and waited 6 hours and nothing. Apparently I have to know a head of time when my dogs legs are going to give out so I can make an appointment so they can care for my dog. Not once did they check on us and our dog.

Walked in with my sick Rottweiler, we were instantly frowned upon because of her breed. She is a very nervous dog and we definitely did not feel welcome here.

They were helpful for us. They were willing to do anything to help and love animals. Yes they are in most people's eyes expensive but if you can't afford a vet you dont need a pet because obviously you can't afford it. They pay close attention and are friendly. They take all precautions to make sure pets are safe from other pets and possible illness. We did go in when they were busy so it took a while but they made sure to still check on us and do what they could. It is an emergency vet so yes more expensive but I would trust them with all my animals in an emergency

We had a scary situation where our dog accidentally ingested a grape (which can be quite toxic or even fatal as you probably know). We called and they had him back and taken care of in less than 30 minutes and retrieved the grape - amazed how fast and how efficiently they got him back! You can really tell they are a great team and are truly passionate and great at their jobs and professions. Thank you to Lexi up front, Kat the tech and Dr. Holguin for being so caring, quick, and great at communicating and educating. We appreciate you taking care of our little guy and taking care of us!
