  At first I thought this place would be really cool And transparent. The staff was really nice and seemed helpful. However, on the second visit, I had a feeling to call them and confirm prices before getting services done. I was told my pet was not in the system and that they had no idea what I was talking about and that I was given misinformation. Upon going through the rest of the Google reviews, I see that you guys have done this to other customers as well. It’s disgusting that you can’t be transparent with your prices and then act Like you have no idea what I’m talking about when I confront you about it. You guys should be shut down.

  Adopted a dog from Watermelon Ranch. VCA called and says congratulations and book her first FREE VCA appointment. I was instructed to bring in a stool sample. During the visit I was told I was going to be charged $200 if they tested as well as AFTER the exam was charged for the visit and they said they don't know who called, but it wasn't free. The girl at the front desk was rude and just wanted to go home. When walking in they stated I was a new patient as they didn't have me in the system, yet they called me and had my address on file when they called me to book the appointmentdays after the adoption. I had been there 6 times before with other dogs and have the records in my home to prove it. I do not have faith in their record keeping, hires for front office staff, or their practice for collecting money, when they lie to shelters and adopters. I would trust other places than this. This place obviously lies to make money.. they would probably lie about any illness just to make money. The front desk girl and the doctor proved to be incompetent. A dog with a birth certificate was told she was 5 years older than she was and watermelon ranch was lying.

  Matty was wonderful with my large German sheppard/husky mix. She loved her. She can be a mix of fear and nerves. But Matty had her giving kisses and eating pup cups. They clipped an ingrown dew claw and she didn't even flinch.. well done Matty.. you're my go to ..

  UPDATE!!!! I had to put my beloved dog down because these people didn’t even look at my dog for real and diagnose her with the tumor that she actually had! Had they of done the right thing instead of just trying to drain me for money and rush us out of there my dog could of got the right care and medicine and it could of been shrunk or had surgery to remove and wouldn’t of spread! So THANKS FOR KILLING MY DOG!!! Go here if you want to risk your pets life!!!! I wouldn’t go here ever again! They completely misdiagnosed my dog with a cyst and it was in fact a tumor that I had to go somewhere else for and it was pretty apparent it was not a cyst. The vet took one look and immediately knew it was a tumor. My dog walked around in pain with a tumor for a month because of these people and we saw them twice!!! They charge astronomical prices for ever little single thing! Was charging me 25 bucks just for them to put some gauze on her after they removed the gauze I put on there right before she got there. Literal gauze! I thought I was gonna have to put my dog down because of there misdiagnoses but she potentially might need surgery still if we can’t get the tumor to shrink. DONT GO HERE!!!

  I was, I'm so impressed with the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The doctor was very thorough. He answered all my questions.
