  I found a forever home many years ago. I just didn't know it. When I first walked in the store, way back when, I was treated with helpful kindness by a nice lady. Doing in minutes what would have taken me hours... Now all this time later I go back not knowing what to expect cause you all know people and places can change, even overnight sometimes, and the dream becomes the nightmare. So I went in ready to do battle of the wits when I discovered there was no conflict on the horizon. So I removed my armor and sat down as Victor, much like the lady the first time, showed me the ease of fixing me back up and getting this old man doing a dance (in my mind) as I left the store. I don't know if they saw I had no vehicle because another lady in the back was even willing to go to another store to get last years phone for me. But I said the heck with it and went with this years phone. My guide, my tech, my guru behind the desk assured me they were much better with upgrades and such so I wouldn't have to fear the "newest gear should have waited a year or two before releasing" syndrome. Victor also said I could come back in if I had any further questions but instead of a playbook line I felt like he honestly meant it. All in all it was like a complete 360 degree turn around from the world we now live in where you always have to be weary knowing most businesses are in it to get you in and out as fast as possible for the quick buck. But here, they make you feel like a good friend they hadn't seen in a while. Or dare I say it, they treat you like the good kinda family but that's not my department. So, I hope they stay in this location for the next 30-40 years, at least, cause like I said I found a forever home. And I can imagine the very first lady is still working there today...

  I want to thank Cisdy and Victor the amazing service I received when I visited the store I September 12 2026, especially after I had just left another cricket store where the female employee made me feel like I had did something wrong to her by coming in,I actually thought it was closed, being the lights were off and no open or closed sign. Anywho I did an online order and I had made a mistake on the activation part and Cisdy was able to figure it out with minimal information and fix my mistake , I honestly appreciate the effort from both her and victor and how they were able to help numerous customers with their issues and made it all look very easy.
