  Second or third time here with the same experience, we waited 20 minutes trying to find someone to help us with TVs man :( Even after going to the customer service desk, and the computer section for assistance, both of which requested help but no come came to our aid :(

  I've been a Best Buy Total member for years and the one time I wanted to use the service I find out there's no benefit when having a call out. $100+ for 5 minutes. Would have been the same without membership. Soooo, canceled the membership.

  Our best experience in years happened here at this store a couple of days ago: looking at then actively shopping for handsets, getting excellent advice (from our excellent salesperson, himselfan industry vet), and then enjoying the salesperson's flawless setup and transfers for both new phones. I talked with the store the manager about the store and his/their focus and efforts. It's then obvious that our positive experience is no accident. Next: how about those basic B&W laser printers to compliment a very good inkjet? A Chromebook Plus to join our crew?

  I ordered headphones online and it said it would be ready to pick up in an hour. I changed the pickup person to my mother who had all of the information to get them. The headphones were sitting on the counter right in front of her in a hold apparently because the system couldn’t update this. My only options were to have her rebuy them on her card or wait. They wouldn’t even accept me manually giving my card information to rebuy them on the spot. I would not shop here again. Genuinely stupid system and it results in subpar service on Best Buy’s account.

  I am writing to formally report a concerning incident that occurred today at approximately 12:55 PM at the store located at 3741 Ellison Rd. NW. While visiting the store to exchange an item, I used a gift card and paid the remaining balance for a sale item. During the transaction, we noticed that the supervisor—against whom we have previously filed a complaint—was observing us closely and communicating about our presence to the customer service representative, Ellio, over the radio. After completing the transaction and as we were exiting the building, the supervisor, Melissa, stated loudly enough for both my partner and me to hear, "Yeah, that's right. Pay the difference." When my partner returned to clarify her remark, she denied making the statement. I believe this interaction was captured on the store's surveillance cameras. This behavior is highly unprofessional and made us feel extremely unwelcome. As a frequent customer both in-store and online, I find this treatment unacceptable.
