  every apple store is a zoo, it’s wild how every patron appears to be experiencing their first day on earth.

  Avoid this store if you don’t want to spend your entire day here. Done expect much in terms of service just because it’s an “Apple store.” Go to Best Buy or somewhere else where appointment times are honored. Couldn’t help me reset my iCloud password, a simple task on their end. For a battery change, they made it seem complicated and tried to upsell me, like a battery change was going to be an huge problem for them. Another time got all the way to the store from a hour away to be told their systems were down. Employees huddled in groups talking about their weekends instead of helping customers. Reading the other reviews about the service here, with kids who lack care, insight, or viable solutions for their customers, I’d recommend going to another service provider. Maybe they intentionally make life difficult so that you cave in and just buy a new phone.

  Experience was great, store was beautiful and staff was knowledgeable. I received help from Gabe; That kid was awesome! All around great experience.

  Unfortunately, if I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I went in on Saturday (9/19) to pick up my new iPhone and was met with deplorable customer service. First, the gentleman who helped me retrieve my new device, was quite condescending. For some reason they treat you as if it’s your first time ever even opening your phone, much less setting up a new one. They have a habit of grabbing the phone out of your hand, even while you’re actively doing something. Then, he tried to take my trade in phone before I could transfer the E-Sim before to the new phone. He promptly ushered me to the back of the store to continue setting up my phone. I was then met with the rudest sales associate I have ever encountered. I was following the steps that were clearly outlined on the screen, and he was quite literally standing over my shoulder, condescendingly explaining what I can already read. I had grown tired of his antics, and hid my phone screen from him. I was finally able to transfer my E-Sim and went to reset the phone. This is when the associate snatched the phone out of my hand before I could reset it. Now, I am left wondering if all of my sensitive, personal information, is still on the device. To the manager of this store- Delightful customer service is how you keep customers coming back. The already stressful process of buying a new phone, should not be met with added stress from your associates. It is your job to make sure each customer is left wanting to return and make more purchases. This experience has led me away from ever returning to an Apple Store. I will continue to purchase my devices from Best Buy.

  You know, I’ve had mostly good service and had a couple of excellent experiences there recently. However, today the guy at the Genius Bar ignored me for at least 40 minutes total. I was there to pick up my phone that they had emailed me to let me know it had arrived. He was helping someone when I arrived, so no big deal. After he finished with the customer in front of me, I asked him if he could please grab my phone and bring it out to me, as I had an appointment at noon. He said sure and then went and got my phone and came back with it. Then he said hold on a minute and he began to help someone else. I asked him if I could please just have my phone and reminded him about my noon appointment. He said that he still needed to run diagnostics on the loaner and it would “be a while.” and didn’t acknowledge me any further. Everyone else seems nice, but this guy is dragging the crew down. He needs to stop chitchatting and start working. Really rude and unprofessional. On separate visits, I’ve had great experiences with James, Julia, and Lexi.
