  I drove from Santa Fe to this Apple Store hoping to get help unlocking my own device, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. One female employee wearing glasses with bleached yellow-blonde hair had a very cold and impatient attitude. She spoke extremely fast, showed no patience, and acted as if we were inconveniencing her just by asking for help. What made the experience worse was that the issue was never even resolved in the end. We spent all that time driving there only to leave without a solution. The other employees in the store were actually friendly and professional, which made her behavior stand out even more. I understand retail work can be stressful, but customers come to Apple for support, not to be treated like a burden. This was far below the level of service I expected from Apple.

  This review for for all of Apple. I bought their beats flex 3 weeks ago. They worked 2 times and now won't charge or turn on. I called customer service and was treated to the rudest most condescending and apathetic treatment of my life and this was after explaining i am suffering from brain atropy. The supposed supervisor was even more disrespectful then the associate who transferred me to him. I'm in my 50s I m not stupid, I know how to turn on the bloody things. Andre, I will never buy these products again. And Apple your customer service stinks. I was going to get an Apple phone but heck with that if you can't even make a working pair of overpriced earphones. I spent over 4 hours on this issue and no it's not resolved. So I just wasted all that many on a crap product with no support for customers.

  Walked in with an appointment to solve a problem, was told it was fixed, walked out, still had the same problem. Walked back in and was stuck at the back of the line as a walk-in, waiting 90 minutes or more to readdress the problem they didn’t fix in the first place even though they said it was fixed??!! Great business model!

  Management staff here needs to be RETRAINED as they clearly do not give ALL their subordinate employees the support they need to be successful. I will be personally writing a letter to Apple; with my status guaranteed there will be a response and reprimands. I personally watched how they treat a poor employee as I was just passing by and was not pleased at all by what I saw. This happened at approximately 2:45pm on 5/5/2026.

  I felt the service was so rude This lady Didn’t want to help me so she sent me to another lady And that lady was already busy with another people so I was just standing there And this other guy had came up to me, asked if I needed help And I’m literally going into college and you said I didn’t qualify for the student discount Because I’m barely starting or I haven’t even started which is so weird because I went in the day before and I couldn’t get my purchase the day before because I had blocked Apple on my Cash app because sometimes it would randomly take out money And so I went in today and that’s when the situation happened and now I’m crying in my car Because I just feel so embarrassed to miss placed And they felt they were laughing because some girl looked over and started laughing At what I don’t know because they weren’t talking before, which made me also feel very insecure
