  The representative at the Alamogordo location (you'd think I'd know his name by now) is phenomenal! He's professional, friendly and provides exceptional customer service. He always works hard to resolve whatever issue we've got and has saved me a lot stress with his willingness to help! I no longer do business with any other location or over the phone, even considering it's an hour travel time to this location the care we consistently receive is worth it!

  It's the only Cricket in town but you gotta watch out because the employees are too busy on their phone and computer have the time
