En Marzo 2025 me dirigí a esta sucursal de Best Buy para instalar en mi vehículo el sistema de encendido automático y seguridad interior (cámara). Escogí hacerlo en Best Buy porque son una compañía grande, se supone que garantizan un buen trabajo confiable y un servicio al cliente excepcional pero en mi experiencia no fue así….estamos Marzo 2026, tan solo un año de dicha instalación y mi carro del 2021 con 76k millas ha dejado de funcionar…fui al dealer (Toyota) y me dicen que por haber instalado ese sistema a través de Best Buy perdí mi garantía pero me aseguran que esa conexión es la causa del daño en mi vehículo pues se realizó mal y los cables por dentro se han quemado….inmediatamente me comuniqué con Best Buy para pedir una evaluación del daño y algún tipo de garantía por su trabajo y primero me atendió Julio (un representante de servicio al cliente autotech) quien simplemente se rio de mí y me cerró la llamada después de explicarle mi situación. Volví a llamar y ahora me atendió Fernando (otro representante de servicio al cliente autotech) expliqué nuevamente todo lo ocurrido y aparentemente él presentaría formalmente una queja para mí con su supervisor Walter, sin embargo cuando pedí que me envíe por correo electrónico una copia de mi queja o me dé el número de referencia de mi caso, él simplemente me envió un formulario vacío, completamente en blanco y le pregunté si iba a enviarme algo más o eso era todo ya que estaba en blanco el documento y el respondió eso es todo lo que puedo hacer y me cerró la llamada. Llame una vez más y esta vez hablé con Diego Samaniego (otro representante te del servicio al cliente de autotech, quien tampoco me ayudó mucho,pero al menos si fue atento y servicial .. me recomendó que vaya directamente a la sucursal donde me instalaron el sistema y vea si ellos me quieren ayudar….
Fui en persona ya 2 veces a esta tienda y nadie estaba dispuesto ayudarme solo me decían habla con el o con el o con el de allá y así hasta que me desespere porque el costo de la reparación asciende a los $10k - $12k según el dealer y realmente el carro estaba en perfecto estado antes de todo esto….exigi hablar con un mánager y me decían que no estaba presente…uno de sus empleados Juan Olivo me “recomendó” que vuelva al día siguiente y atraviese toda la tienda,sin hablar con ningún trabajador de la misma, me dirija hacia el área de empleados donde está el técnico que hace estas instalaciones y “me lo lleve” al dealer para que el revise mi carro, lo cual me parece una falta de respeto total porque no soy estúpido y claramente no puedo entrar a un área restringida solo para empleados cuando soy un cliente y “llevarme” a una persona…le pregunté si acaso le parece prudente bromear diciéndome eso y su respuesta fue “bueno esa es la forma en que te puedo ayudar y si no te gusta no es mi asunto”
Sí, La atención al cliente es nefasta. Son irrespetuosos, se burlaron de mi situación…Llamé a la policía porque me siento estafado, básicamente un año duró su instalación y ahora mi carro está totalmente muerto, no enciende, ya gasté en grúa y varios permisos en mi trabajo he pedido para ir personalmente y que nadie me atienda y me brinde algún tipo de solución. Finalmente alguien de la tienda me ayudó contactando al manager Jhon mc. quien me citó para mañana y ojalá podamos llegar a alguna solución razonable, ya que además de ser estresante también ha sido frustrante lidiar con la mala actitud de casi todo el personal de Best Buy via telefónica y en persona en la tienda. Actualizaré mi reseña de ser necesario. (Tengo las pruebas de todo lo que estoy contando)
