I initially went to the Wayne Apple Store, but they were out of stock and referred me here. Even though my English is not very fluent and I often feel nervous dealing with technical issues, Wilson was absolutely wonderful. He was so calm, kind, and patient, making me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. I dropped my phone off on Friday evening and had to drive 30 minutes back on Saturday morning to pick it up, but the service was so pleasant and smooth that the trip was totally worth it. Thank you, Wilson, for your outstanding professionalism and for taking such great care of me!
