I’m not young. I thought they were very helpful BUT THE ONE THING THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY DID NOT!!! “WHEN WE FIX THESE THREE THINGS YOU WILL HAVE TO RESET ALLL!!! Your PASSWORDS!!! It took hours. They could have put me in first then removed me if I did not need service BUT THEY DID NOT!!! From 2:30 to 7:30 pm.
The people were VERY NICE BUT INFORMATION IS KING!!! Turns out I’d have only been until 5:00 if they had put me in first. They must have had an idea that I needed services since I was sent there by the Apple.com people…it’s a big clue!!! It was 100 degrees in the parking lot my service dog suffered and so did I.

I’m 60, not the best regarding tech. Wifey buys me a new iPhone… brand new top of the line.
I can never get the phone to play my music ( normally listen to Pandora) as mentioned I’m old.
Anywho, I go to apple woodcliff lakes, speak to a tall redhead dude, I explain my phone constantly stops, spins, everything but work.
I asked the guy to view my settings and setup to see if I’m missing something.
The dude couldn’t have been less helpful…
I walked out of the store with such disdain for Apple.
My Samsung works so much smoother…giving this shitty phone and service back to the better half.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment to repair my husband’s phone screen and was clearly told it would be ready by 3:45 PM. Based on that, we stayed in the area and went for a walk to pass the time.
When we came back around 3:00 PM, we were suddenly told the phone wouldn’t be ready until 6:40 PM — almost three hours later than what we were originally told. This is completely unacceptable.
If I had been given the correct timeframe from the start, I would have gone home and come back later instead of wasting my time waiting around. When I pointed this out, the employee he checked and confirmed the much later pickup time. That just shows a lack of communication and organization.
Offering to have a manager come talk to us didn’t help at all, because it wasn’t going to change anything. What customers actually need is honesty and accurate information from the beginning.
Delays can happen, but giving completely wrong time estimates and making customers wait unnecessarily is not okay. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Walked in this morning to get a new laptop. Aside from some issues double checking if it was in fact in stock, problem was resolved quickly. Chris had us in and out of the store in no more than 20 minutes, but was ready to answer any questions we had and show us some exciting new Macbook features. Thanks for a quick and seamless shopping experience!
A heads up- I would highly recommend calling any Apple store ahead of time to triple check that a product is in stock, especially if it is a newer “hot” item. You can check online as a pick up order but it definitely is better from my experience to call ahead if they are able to check stock over the phone. We saw one second the Macbook was in stock at one store and the next morning, it was sold out. Stock definitely changes rapidly.
