  I went in with an issue about not having enough storage on my phone (or so I thought) and I walked out with four now updated devices AND so much more storage that was already in my devices. Thank you to Vanessa, Ashley, Raj, and AJ for their help and their patience. They spent two hours helping me and other customers as I waited for the devices to slowly update. Another shout out to AJ for getting me tissues because he thought I was uncomfortable and waiting for a while

  This is the second time I’ve visited this Apple Store in the past few months, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing both times. I came in expecting knowledgeable and welcoming customer service, but instead I found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive. It often felt like my questions were an inconvenience rather than something they wanted to assist with.

  I don’t know what’s the problem with the employees at this location but every time I’ve been to this store the service is so poor. I always try to limit my interactions as much as possible because they don’t have basic manners so I do pickup orders, but even that doesn’t help, they don’t even say Hi to you, they always have an attitude and make you feel like you’re bothering them. Honorable mention to an employee named Joseph for having the poorest customer service skills I’ve encountered at any Apple Store, truly miserable

  Terrible experience with this Apple Store. I needed a battery replacement and made multiple trips because of poor communication and availability. First visit: they didn’t have the battery in stock, so they told me to book an appointment—fair enough. Second visit: I came at 4pm as requested, but they said there was no service person available and told me to come in the mornings and it would only take an hour. Third visit: I came at 11am the next morning exactly as told. They then took my phone and told me it wouldn’t be ready until 3pm because the store was “busy,” even though only a couple people were waiting and the store looked far from busy. Overall, I had to come three times and still got delayed with no clear, reliable time commitments. I expected better service from Apple. I won’t be returning. All I could see is a bunch of lazy people, not interested to work. Wooww great store experience apple, looks like I should switch

  I went to the Willowbrook Apple Store for a simple battery replacement. Instead of just helping me with that, the associate kept trying to pressure me into upgrading my phone also insisting I needed a screen replacement I didn’t. After getting a second opinion at a shop in Paterson, they confirmed the battery was indeed failing, but they also reassured me I didn’t need all these extra repairs. I felt the Apple Store was more interested in a new phone sale than in just doing the work I asked for. Very disappointing.
