- NKNoah KanziraSep 27, 20261.0I understand that it’s a stressful and frustrating environment and it’s way too get overwhelmed by the business of the store, but there’s no need to be passive aggressive towards customers, especially when the QR codes don’t scan as expected. No need to condescendingly ask them to „just open your camera“ either.
- VFVicky FinamoreSep 23, 20261.0I just stopped with my elderly aunt trying to fix some problems with her phone and after the guy explained that there was not possible to fix it we asked to buy a new one , they didn’t have in stock, and while we were talking a very rude sales manager came. Most likely she didn’t know that we was trying to buy a new phone . So we left and we will not come back . She said something to him to ended the conversation. Rude and unnecessary .

I came to just ask and receive help on an issue with my Apple Pay and multiple employees looked at me and simply ignored me. What was ruder was that a man who seemed to be managing assigned other workers to help people who hadn’t waiting for as long as me! I can say tho one worker Demi was super nice and approached me to help me everyone else was rude tho!

It shouldn’t have to come at the cost of the customer’s experience just because your store doesn’t know how to properly train all staff members.

Genius Bar has some super duper smart geniuses who are just totally down to earth and work with you to fix it. A+ again and again. Specifically, Jamal. Also shout out to Abbey who was awesome and got the trouble shooting going.
