The repair was originally covered by Apple due to a defect, but about three months later the same issue returned. When I went back, they said they couldn’t help because the 90-day service warranty had expired. I then visited another Apple Store in New York City, where a technician told me the previous repair was not done properly, and I had to replace the screen again. I’ve been an iPhone user since the Apple iPhone 4 and this was my first disappointing experience with Apple service. If you want a quality repair, stay away from this store.
