- AAamandaJun 5, 20261.0This place is a scam. When I received my CPAP machine, Jennifer assured me that my insurance would cover the cost. Based on that information, I accepted the machine and took it home with the understanding that I would not be responsible for any significant out-of-pocket expenses. Now, I am receiving bills from both Rotech and CareCentrix. When I called the office to find out why I was being billed, no one could provide a clear explanation. It is extremely frustrating to be told one thing upfront and then receive unexpected bills later, especially when the staff cannot explain the charges. If there were costs that I would be responsible for, that should have been clearly communicated before I was sent home with the equipment. The lack of transparency and accountability has made this a very disappointing experience.
