  STAY FAR AWAY!!! No empathy, they don’t care about your animal, they make no exceptions and let’s say you’re late because of the horrific traffic on Rt 37, which hasn’t changed in over a decade except getting worse. Even when people leave early, sometimes you get there late! Beware … THEY WILL CANCEL YOU and throw your appointment away. No exceptions, no “going out of the way” at all!! They should know that having your business storefront on a major highway there should be more room of leniency than 15 minutes. They ARE NOT a 5 Michelin Star restaurant. As a 20 year business owner, whether I was booked over-booked, or couldn’t make something happen, we always make exceptions for all our customers. Even if our customers are running late, we go the extra mile to take care of a human life. We’re bringing in our dogs (who are family) to someone who we are supposed to trust?? They cannot be trusted. And lack of empathy on the phone. They went from a 10 (at some point) down to a negative 10 and I’m happy to report this. Dog is in pain … just a tad bit late … turn them away or go somewhere else is their recommendation. Lowest of lows! Second time this happened. Enough is enough

  On July 15 2026, my little guy went over Rainbow Bridge. The VCA T.R.A.H treated him with tenderness and love. They treated my wife and myself with respect during a very tough time. I picked him up today and wow. The respect again towards the little guy and myself, I can't come up with the correct words of high praise. Thank you.

  Yesterday, my husband and I made the difficult decision to bid farewell to our beloved companion, Benjamin. Words cannot adequately express the love and comfort he brought to our family throughout his seven years with us. With the professional and compassionate assistance of Dr. Reimer, we were able to say our final goodbyes. Rest in peace, dearest Benjamin. We feel blessed to have had the compassionate and professional assistance from Dr. Reimer. One word would describe Dr. Reimer: outstanding.

  This veterinary office is excellent! Everyone is kind and skilled beyond measure. And, as is my usual concern, I note that it's accessible for those with mobility issues, so, recommended! Bring your pets here!

  I wanted to reach out and say thank you for taking care of my baby Boomer for the past 12 years, we had to say goodbye last week and this house isn’t the same without him…I’ve seen different vets throughout the years and they all have been great, Dr.Simmons was our primary vet that has gone above and beyond for our Boomer- thru Covid with debridement treatments and all his check ups thru his later diagnosis of terminal cancer and treatment plans…so compassionate and caring down to every detail…the staff has always been wonderful, I’m so thankful I choose to take Boomer here 12 years ago….thank you…
