    Screen was saved after my phone got ran over by a car!! HIGHLY recommend!! But if you ever crack it make sure you save the broken screen!!

    I googled this establishment have my iPhone fixed. Upon the review recommended. I’m actually in New Jersey on business conference and my phone needed a screen because it fell. I went back three different times for them to repair. The manager said need to fly from Florida New Jersey because he does not care to try to fix the problem for me because it is my problem. So this company do not stand by their work. As a manager, why would you ask a customer what’s the reason for them coming to your store to fix a phone just because you don’t like the Customer calling you back about the 30 day policy. If you’re from out of town, do not go to this facility if you do not live in New Jersey do not go to this company. They will screw you over and talk to you as if you owe them money when you spend almost $500 on two phones protectors,repair 2 screens and it is still my fault for you not guaranteed the 30 day policy. So it’s my fault for not living in New Jersey by going to this establishment.

He didn’t just ring up a screen protector and case... he actually helped me choose the right combination for my phone, explained the differences clearly, and then professionally installed both so I didn’t have to fight bubbles or alignment on my own. That extra care made all the difference! The products feel solid and the install looks clean. What stood out most was the customer service: patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful instead of rushed. If you need a screen protector or case and want it done right the first time, ask for Mark. I’ll be back. Highly recommend

    I have been using Zagg products for years. Their screen protection products are beyond perfect! I'm an avid bicyclist and I carry my phone on the handlebars. I have dropped the phone and scratched the screen many times. I never had to worry due to how well made their screens are and they have an excellent warranty program that helps people like me. However, to take advantage of their warranty, the screen must be on the phone so that employees know it's theirs. I strongly suggest you have an employee put on the screen protector. If you are not near a store, their Customer Service is a great substitution and can give you excellent pointers that may go beyond the normal instructions. Steve, NJ
