  Only gave the stars because of the person that was helping us was friendly and helpful to the best of his ability with my situation with my daughter’s broken phone . however the man sitting across from us helping another gentleman was extremely rude and condescending has no idea children don’t have an off switch my niece was being silly and kept getting loud. This man/employee just kept stating, “someone is trying to learn here I’m teaching I’m teaching no he’s trying to learn” etc he just kept saying it over and over while I was trying to calm my niece down terrible experience it took everything to not make a scene and walk away I already gave up apple products my daughter hasn’t I can’t see myself buying any more apple products I have started going back to pc and android. Yall cut service repair hours phone don’t work for more than 2 years properly and yall just hiring anyone obviously in all the years I never experienced such disrespect and felt so disappointed with apple.

  Raph was really knowledgeable and friendly. He was very patient and helped me with all my needs and questions. I learned so much from him! Honestly, all the staff were great, from the Genius Bar to the shopping specialists. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the experience a really positive one.

  I had such a great experience with Ashley at Apple in Short Hills Mall! She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and so patient throughout the entire process of getting my new iPhone and trading in my old one. She took her time, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her warm and friendly demeanor was honestly so refreshing and made the whole experience that much better. Thank you, Ashley, for making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel so easy and pleasant!

  The worst organization ever! No one to receive people, so they serve people that arrived after you and been waiting for a long time..I do not understand how you can be that bad..I wanted to upgrade my phone but it’s impossible unless you have all day to loose..

  Went in for an Apple Watch strap they had displayed on the wall. After deciding on it, they wouldn’t sell it because it wasn’t available for sale until the following day. Confusing and weird as a customer. If it’s on the wall and I’m ready to pay, it should be for sale—or they should say up front that it isn’t yet. Disappointed.
