  This is the worst Apple Store I’ve ever experienced. In my experience, the staff are uncooperative and unfriendly toward customers. I would rather drive much farther to another location than come back to this store. Every visit has been an unpleasant customer experience!

  Bonito local, bastantes asesores sin embargo atienden tan rápido que en dos ocasiones me dieron el artículo equivocado pues no dan tiempo para que el cliente revise lo que le están empacando. Por lo demás excelente el sistema de compra

  Terrance and Terry were extremely helpful throughout the entire 3 week process with my MacBook repair. From the start, Terrance on the tech side and Terry on the admin side were thorough, patient, and genuinely listened to everything that was going on. Marc and Robbie were also great at what they do, really appreciate all the help from the Apple team at Short Hills Mall.

  Came for a scheduled IPad Battery service/replacement for my 3,5 old IPad Air 4th. It doesn’t have warranty or apple care so was ready to pay out of pocket, but instead service guys tried to convince me it is not recommended and 20 apps on background may cause this along with its age. I didn’t want to hear it because a similar devise does hold at least 5-6 hours of screen usage compare to mine 2,5, I just wanted to pay for a new battery as per Apple website.
