  Wait entirely too long. Never coming to this location again. Alll these people and no workers. Estimated wait times almost an hour behind. Highly annoying.

  My MacBook screen mysteriously stopped working eventhough the computer had no physical damage. After an almost $800 screen replacement, which took 8 days, all of my data is gone. This may very well be my last Apple purchase.

  Recommend having an appointment, especially if you need assistance with an Apple product but walk-in’s are still welcome. ‘Genius’s’ are friendly, patient, and helpful. Classes offered sound beneficial for people of all abilities.

  We had an appointment at 11:00am. We were made to wait one hour and 45 minutes for something that should of taken 10 minutes. They kept saying a manager had to wait on us after we had to go to another store and get a receipt that we paid for this phone. We had all the information already in our emails. For selling the phone they so it fast. But for service. It’s not fair The only person that did good with us really was staff member named Henry
