  If you’re a person of color , refrain from going to this Apple. They will not service you and when you go to a worker for help they give you attitude. Grown men with attitude is so strange.

  Went in today to upgrade phone. Current phone is covered under previous upgrade program. Apple has change the program to a lease program. I understand the program change. But the Apple associate did not know the terms of the old program, did not want to look into how the old program would terminate, and provided a very incorrect option taking an apple card credit for a trade in value, then paying off the previous program balance. After declining we came home and found the process on Apples website. the process is bring phone to apple store, they will take the phone, pay off the balance of term of the old program closing it out. Apple is not training its associates to honor the terms of outstanding contracts and the associates are not willing to find answers to questions they do not know the answers to. Extremely poor customer support. avoid this store.

  Horrible customer service. Made me wait 39 minutes to pick up a phone and the customer rep agent went to go help someone else while I was being helped

  Absolute horrible experience. I went in to purchase a new iPhone Air and was made to feel as though I was suspected of stealing. I was accompanied by a sales representative, yet security appeared to follow me throughout the store. After choosing a phone and case, the items were brought from the back. When I attempted to pay, I was told that my card had been declined. That made no sense to me, since my bank normally immediately sends a fraud-verification text for declined transactions. I stayed calm, left the store, and checked my account—only to find that the charge was pending. I am not naming the representative because I would not want one person to lose their job, but the overall experience was unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and given accurate information, especially when making a major purchase.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The manager, Jordan, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I have rarely dealt with someone in a customer-facing position who treated a customer with such a poor attitude. If this is how management treats customers, I honestly have no reason to ever shop here again. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the basic concept of customer service and treating people with respect. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I definitely won’t be coming back.
