  Visited the Apple Store at Rockaway Mall, NJ on Saturday, May 16, 2026, to upgrade my iPhone 12 to the iPhone 17 Pro. Derek from sales support provided very professional, fair, and honest advice on the phone and accessories I needed. He clearly explained the added features of the iPhone 17 Pro and was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and customer-focused. He made the entire process smooth and easy, and everything was completed in less than 45 minutes. Jordan, the store manager, is also a very pleasant and professional leader who runs one of the best Apple Stores in the vicinity. People like Derek and Jordan are what make the difference in customer experience and make Apple Stores a great place to shop.

  Went in today because my 2017 MacBook Pro had stopped working out of thin air & I tried everything and still could not have access to my computer. I was so bummed because I thought everything had been lost, photos, documents etc. and I just wanted my memories back since I wasn’t sure if everything had been previously uploaded to the iCloud. I came in about 30 mins earlier than my appointment time and was greeted and assisted within 5 mins. I LUCKED out with Suhabi (I hope this is his correct spelling) as the Genius tech who helped me today. He quickly began analyzing the laptop and its software/ hard drive with no luck initially. Due to this, he did explain to me multiple different options that I can take. One being getting a new computer and recommending an appropriate laptop for just the work that I would need it for and did not try to upsell anything and seemingly becoming a more trustworthy person. He then had also shared other ways for me to recover my data if they could not get it themselves from other data recovery companies. He was incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming. In the end, he tried one more thing and I now have a working laptop again!!! I’m extremely happy and grateful for him and if in the future, I ever come across more issues or in need of a new product, I will definitely be asking for him. Thank you again!!!!

  The guys at the Genius Bar were so so so helpful, I found myself in a bit of a complicated situation with Apple accounts and iCloud and of course didn’t know any of my passwords and showed up as a walk in— the man who initially took me in and gave me a time window to be seen much earlier than expected and the man who helped me were saints and so cool throughout the entire hour long process🤦‍♀️ I’m not a huge apple fan but these guys were so kind and understanding

  They process my order online . I paid for it ., I decided to pick it up ., when I showed up at the store ., no system , no answers , no products to get ., all shout down .,. I just waist my time . ❌🚨

  Employees are so rude and they do their best to make you unhappy, very low quality service, I don't suggest anyone to come her and waste your whole day with them even you have minor issue with your phone
