- JOJason OHaraJun 21, 20261.0Drove over 1 hr to have them tell me that they have no way to troubleshoot what’s wrong with my Pro Max headphones, even though they made an appointment to “troubleshoot”. Said it’s $400 to mail them out and “see” if they can be fix. Apparently Apple is shit now. $600 headphones lasted 14 months. Straight trash.

- DGDaniel GJun 20, 20261.0Genius Bar repair appointment was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I showed up on time and still waited 30 minutes for a technician to come troubleshoot my issue. The staff was condescending and dismissive rather than helpful, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. On top of that, the technician had noticeably bad breath, which is something you'd expect anyone working face to face with customers all day to take care of. I won't be returning, and the whole experience confirmed how little Apple prioritizes you once they've already made the sale.

- SHSharon HughesJun 14, 20265.0What a helpful staff. Greeted by a manager which took our information & problem with an iPhone. Then lead us to our seats & said a technician would be right with us. A manager followed a few minutes later to let us know we were next. Our technician, April, took care of our complex problem with a smile & was so knowledgeable. Our issue took a while & she worked with other customers as our phone was backed up & rebooted, checking with as the process continued. I recommend the Apple “Genius Counter” but better to come with an appointment. Thanks to all at the Rockaway Apple Store.
