  My mother had called to ask how much we can sell phones we had bought from them, we paid 260 dollars in cash and when we ask that question the guys from the store are just gonna start laughing and say that we got the phones for free so what do we expect to get from the phone. when like i said 260 was paid in cash. They asked what we were calling for because everything was free, getting disrespectful with my mother over the phone. We paid the phone for a couple of months and are no longer interested and even switched phone companies with new devices hence why we wanted to sell them. The phone’s service was horrible and we constantly got hit with ads from cricket on the phone. They act like they did somebody a favor when in reality they did absolutely nothing for us because that’s what we paid for them to do and what they get paid to do.

  Great Customer service! Really willing to listen and help figure out what suits your needs. Way cheaper than sticking with Metro and better service than Boost.
