- PSParth ShahJun 24, 20265.0Antoinese was more than wonderful helping me with my machine. She swiftly diagnosed my issue and showed me preventive methods on how to care for my Dyson! This is my 4th machine in the span of 8+ years and this service center, specifically Antoinese is amazing!
- RARobert AcerJun 19, 20261.0Brought our older(out of warranty) Dyson to this facility. We were obviously willing to pay for the repair. The onsite technician looked at it, tried a couple of things and said there's no easy fix and because the model is old, not worth fixing. "Hard to get parts for this" Drove home and was about to leave it out with our trash for pick-up. Decided to search on YouTube to see if I could find anything useful. Ended up finding a video from someone with the exact same suction issue. Performed the steps in the video which took about 15 minutes, no cost at all other than time, and fixed our Dyson using a flat head and Phillips screwdriver. Had I listened to the onsite technician, we would have thrown our Dyson away. Super frustrating experience, especially after waiting nearly an hour there too! Moral of the story. If you go here and they can't fix it. Go on YouTube.
