  I had such a great experience at the Dyson Service Center in Paramus today. My Supersonic hair dryer suddenly stopped working, so Dyson customer service directed me to this location. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, informative, and thorough. He took the time to inspect my dryer, explain what may have caused it to stop working, and show me the proper way to clean and maintain the filter going forward. I really appreciated that he explained the reasoning behind everything instead of simply telling me what to do. He made what could have been a really frustrating experience feel easy and reassuring, and I left with a much better understanding of how to properly care for my Dyson in the future. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me!

  Expensive repair but very professional and nice staff. I had to change the motor of hair dryer so it was $150 with one year warranty.

  Super easy, smooth experience. Dyson technician had my machine fixed and ready for use in about 15 minutes. Amazing staff, super professional, diligent, and personable. It's first come first serve (no appointments), you sign in on a clip board and at a little digital kiosk/scan a QR code, and then wait for your name to get called. Even with a busy shop and multiple people waiting, the 'line' moved quick. If you're going here, have the model/serial number of your unit, and figure out if your machine is in or out of warranty. This way you're not surprised if they have to charge you the repair fee on an out of warranty machine. All said, staff was amazing and should be commended. A+, 10/10.
