  Daniel was awesome. Diagnosed the problem super quickly and patiently explained the cost of repair vs cost of new Dyson and when I opted for new Dyson, worked to get me the best price possible. He even insisted helping me carry my new Dyson to my car. But before doing that, he took the time to show me all the gadgets in my new Dyson and never tried to sell me most expensive one. Wanted to know square footage of area it would be used for and recommended the best one for my space which wasn’t close to the most expensive one. Prices were 30-40% less than retail. Highly recommended them

  What an Absolute pleasure to buy a New Animal Ball 3 when I actually went to the service center to see about repairing my older Unit Daniel the service Tech greeted me and cued my older unit and told me it was ready for recycling. I asked what the unit would be and was surprised it was on Sale at at Amazing price. I asked and received a Quick How to use , change filters , and use the Animal Hair Vacuum what was included. The only thing he didn’t do was offer to vacuum the home. It your in Bergen county NJ and need a Dyson check out their Store on Ry 17 N ask for Daniel and tell them Jay recommended you. They are one Class well Done Manufacturer Quality Rules Jay

  Amazing service! I came to see why my blowdryer was shutting off and learned so much about how to clean it properly and even how to use some of the attachments . Daniel also walked me through some new models of both the blowdryer and the vacuum cleaners. I am leaving with my blowdryer working perfectly, also with confidence that I now know how to maintain it properly. Absolutely perfect customer service! Thank you, Daniel!! I wish my ex( with the same name) was as nice as you ! 😊

  So fast and friendly! There was a line when I first entered the store and feared it would take long but I was seen and serviced all within 20 mins ! Franklin, thank you . Your service was exemplary

  The technicians here are excellent and are experts on everything Dyson. They take their time to address the issues of each client, inspect the devices thoroughly, and explain next steps and how to prevent future issues, so you won't feel rushed at all. They are also very honest and, if you have a simple issue, will direct you to order parts online that you can replace yourself, saving you the labor fees. The fees are also quite reasonable at $50 for minor repairs and $75 for major repairs. The only problem is that store hours are 9-5:30, which are regular work hours for most people, so the weekends are packed. On a Saturday, I waited two hours for my turn and there were about 12 people still waiting after me. Overall, my issue was resolved and it was a good experience.
