Amazing staff, super professional, diligent, and personable. It's first come first serve (no appointments), you sign in on a clip board and at a little digital kiosk/scan a QR code, and then wait for your name to get called. Even with a busy shop and multiple people waiting, the 'line' moved quick. If you're going here, have the model/serial number of your unit, and figure out if your machine is in or out of warranty. This way you're not surprised if they have to charge you the repair fee on an out of warranty machine. All said, staff was amazing and should be commended. A+, 10/10.

The diagnosis was super quick, but unfortunately my fan was dead. Since my fan was under warranty, I will be receiving a brand new fan for free.99. Daniel was the person who assisted me, he was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service and my brand new Dyson fan.
