  They push belkin accessories and assured us the warranties and replacement processes were easy. Now that I need to uses these warranties because these products are crappy and fragile, I come to find their support is even worse. Apple needs to stop associating and pushing companies not even close to their modest standards.

  Wife came in to get her phone repaired. One of the staff were extremely rude and accused her of lying. Apparently the staff member got hung up on the phone being repaired over a year ago. She had to wait over 30 minutes despite being on time for her appointment and the staff lied to her about having parts on hand and failed to repair her phone. They were then unable to order her a replacement and left her to deal with it on her own. This location is terrible. Staff being incompetent and wasting your time is bad enough but be ready to get an attitude for inconveniencing them with your presence.

  Not to happy even though i have been iPhone user since 2010 Rules keep changing when it comes to buying or trading an iPhone Now buying an ipHone is almost like buying a car no express buying And i understand the staff here does their best, corporate rules they say Customers need more options to bus things faster we customers shouldn’t be made to wait in lines if we are shelling out good chunk of money An express checkout should be available

  We switched from Android to Apple and it took forever. Not the staff it just seemed that everything just went wrong. We had two staff members help with the transfer and they were outstanding.The staff answered all the techy questions we had .The young lady who greeted us was nice. Excellent experience overall

  I just traded in my macbook for the new NEO that just came out and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition. The employee Caleb here at Paramus was great! Very attentive and patient with explaining things to me. Good hospitality and great customer service.
