Jane, the front desk receptionist, truly stands out with her warm personality and kindness. Even though we moved quite far away, her exceptional customer service made us want to keep coming back. She saved us as clients with her genuine approach and welcoming demeanor. Dr. Pensabne was also fantastic in taking care of our Charlie during his last procedure. The thoroughness and compassion shown by the entire team reassured us that our 4 years old cavapoo was in great hands. THANK YOU❤️

She’s been the best for our dog Bailey in happy and also very difficult times! She is very experienced and thorough and always diagnose our issues efficiently and able to provide helpful recovery solutions. Bailey loves meeting her ! Thank you Dr. Kenny !!

They always do their best to get my dog in urgently with a sick visit, the doctor and staff is also great at communicating what's going on with my dog and comes up with a care plan. I have tried to go to other vets because this ones a little far but NONE compare. They always follow up the next day to check on my dog, can't recommend VCA old tappan enough!
