  This review isn’t specifically about this location. It’s more about the Cricket Wireless over the phone customer service itself. I am writing this review because on March 1, 2026 I paid the bill for my parents $30 5gb flip phone plan several days before the payment was due. The day the payment was due the phone had no service. After calling customer service I was told the plan was now $35. Oh but now it’s 10gb. I decided to not renew the service and asked for a refund. Was told the $30 would be refunded. A week passed by and no return to the account. Called customer service again which by the way is absolutely terrible because it’s difficult to get to a live agent. I was told the $30 would not be refunded because their terms even though it was a prepayment and the phone was cut off before any service for the next month because their rate went up so the next month wasn’t fully paid. I write this review because I feel Cricket wireless just stole $30 from my parents and the agent didn’t seem to care when I told her that. Just kept saying the money can’t be refunded. I’m glad I decided to get my parents another phone from a superior provider not Cricket Wireless. $35 for 10gb is robbery. Especially since my parents don’t use data and now they’ve been robbed for $30. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this was called for.

  This branch has been tried twice. At first, you meet with the staff, and they treat you reasonably well. You agree on everything, but when it's time to pay, the store manager—who is not a decent person—gets involved. He changes the prices and starts making excuses like canceling discounts and stripping the employee of their authority to offer any. He then raises the price. I fell into the trap the first time, but when the same thing happened the second time, I refused—especially since I was buying six lines for my workers. Unfortunately, he is a deceitful and dishonest person. While you're in the store, he watches you through the cameras, and if he sees you're ready to pay quickly and not question the deals, he changes the offers. Honestly, the experience was extremely unpleasant and disgusting. I believe the manager is damaging Cricket's reputation, and the license should be revoked from such scammers.

  I would give this company no stars if I could. DO NOT take a phone plan with this company. No security procedures in place.
