  Sold and loaded a deep chest freezer that had a huge gash in the side. How about you inspect your products before letting a customer drive off with them? Follow up: they accepted the return and granted free shipping on a new freezer. Thank you for being reasonable after this inconvenience

  Should be a negative star option!! Absolutely pathetic management at this location. What is the point of having posted store hours if you’re going to open three hours early and let people clear out the inventory before the actual opening time? My fiancé drove an hour out of his way to get an "in-stock" item, arrived exactly when the doors were supposed to open, and everything was already gone because they ignored their own schedule. Completely unprofessional and a total lack of respect for customers' time. Don't bother trusting the hours or the stock levels here
