  I was trying to get my phone unlocked. This woman didn't spend ten minutes with me. She kept answering one question and then going to somone else, making me wonder if she is coming back to me. Very poor customer service. I asked her if she had a phone I could use to do a face image, she said NOPE, none in the store. The place is full of phones. I assure you I will NEVER purchase anything directly from APPLE. She simply had no time for me. Little does she know, that I can afford any phone she has in the store. Terrible experience that I will never do again with Apple. Has me wondering, if perhaps I was the wrong color? Could be.

  Can’t say enough about the staff here! Went in today three people helped me and my son with his phone I wish I could remember their names but they should be commended ! There was employee Trinity who didn’t help us but I saw her helping this elderly man and she was EXTREMELY patient with him she should be commended as well! Great staff and must be great management there too.

  Although the store did not have what I needed to complete the repair, the manager or the gentleman handling my account went way out of his way to facilitate the same day repair for me by me going to another store… incidentally he sent me to the King of Prussia Mall, although it was another hour so drive it was the most incredible mall I was ever in my life… he handed me over to another Apple professional in the size in the inventory and the assistance super succeeded my expectations!!! I am gonna call Corporate today and have both stores personally recognized

  Staff will lie to your face about what they will perform as their services. Staff will not actually help. Brought my phone in for repair, was jerked around quite a bit and received back a phone in worse shape than when it went in…. Disgusted. Management and Apple are absolute crap at this point. Save your money and go anywhere else.
