    Matt and Illia were absolutely amazing. My daughter came in with a broken dead phone. They took the time to make sure she was able to backup her old phone (above my pay grade) and she left with a new fully backed up new phone. Crisis averted!!! Thank you

    I had an Express Replacement iPhone ordered through AppleCare, and it took 23 days from the time I filed the claim until the replacement phone was delivered. For a service called “Express Replacement,” that is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even more frustrating was Apple’s customer support. I spent over an hour on hold only to be disconnected, and each representative seemed to give a different answer without providing any real help or resolution. I felt like I was getting the runaround instead of actual support. Apple products are premium-priced, and customers expect premium service. Waiting more than three weeks for a replacement iPhone under AppleCare is unreasonable. Very disappointed with both the replacement process and the customer service experience.

    On May 6, my phone was damaged. The screen was completely non-functional, the frame was bent, and the back glass was shattered. I had AppleCare coverage, so I went to this store and requested support. They told me they could not replace the device. I then said, “Okay, then please repair it.” Their response was that they could not repair it at that time because they did not have the necessary parts in stock. They said they would need to order the parts and that the repair could be completed in about 4 or 5 days. During this entire process, they did not offer me a loaner device. I spoke with two different employees and one supervisor, but the answer remained the same. Only after I became frustrated did they finally tell me that they could provide a temporary phone, but I would still have to wait for the repair. I then left and went to the Apple Store in Cherry Hill. I spoke with an employee for about three minutes. After inspecting the phone, he immediately said that the device was not repairable because the motherboard might have been bent or damaged. They then ordered a replacement device for me right away. This was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this location.
